Terms of use

These terms apply when you use VoxKit. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who provides VoxKit

VoxKit is a push-to-talk app for iOS and Android. Oleksandr Shepeliev, an individual developer in Ukraine, provides it. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean him.

The beta

VoxKit is in a private beta through TestFlight and Google Play closed testing from 15 December 2026. During the beta:

• we provide the service "as is" and "as available";
• features can change, stop working or go away;
• the service can be unavailable at times;
• we may reset data on the beta; we tell you before we do.

Your use of TestFlight and Google Play also follows the terms of Apple and Google.

Who can use VoxKit

You must be at least 13 years old. In the EU, if you are under 16, you need the consent of a parent.

Acceptable use

Use VoxKit only in a lawful way. Do not use it to:

• send illegal content;
• harass, threaten or abuse other people;
• send spam or unwanted bulk messages;
• pretend to be another person;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service.

If you record other people, follow the law that applies to you. Some laws require the consent of everyone you record.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Your privacy

The privacy policy explains how we use your personal data.

No warranty

To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind for VoxKit. We do not promise that the service is free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular purpose. Do not use VoxKit for emergencies or where a failure can put people at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, that comes from your use of VoxKit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

The law of Ukraine governs these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. We announce changes in the app. If you keep using VoxKit after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
