Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your VoxKit account and its data at any time. A later beta update adds account deletion in the app. Until then, use e-mail.

How to ask

1. Send an e-mail to support@voxkit.io.
2. Send it from the e-mail address of your account. If you use VoxKit without registration, tell us the name you use in the app and the names of your rooms, so we can find your account.
3. Write that you want to delete your account.

We delete the account and its data within 30 days. We confirm the deletion by e-mail.

What we delete

• Your account, with your name, profile photo and e-mail address.
• Your place in the rooms you joined, and your name and photo in those rooms.
• The device identifiers we use to deliver notifications.

What may remain for a short time

• Technical logs, for a limited time, usually up to 30 days.
• Backups, for up to 7 days.
• Your support message, which we keep until we resolve the request and then delete within 12 months.

Data on your device

The app keeps some data only on your device. To delete it, remove the app.
